JurySelectionPro is the inspiration of trial attorney Shaun Khojayan. The Jury Selection tools are a direct result of his trial experience and methods he has used to consistently and effectively select the best juries for his cases.
As a trial lawyer for the Federal Defenders of San Diego from 1998-2002, he conducted many federal felony trials with most resulting in acquittals. He also authored and argued appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals gaining reversals in several cases. After his work with the Federal Defenders, Mr. Khojayan joined the nationally known plaintiff's class-action law firm of Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes & Lerach, LLP where he litigated securities class action lawsuits.
In 2004, Mr. Khojayan opened his own practice where he defends clients against criminal accusations and litigates complex civil lawsuits. Mr. Khojayan is a proud member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
